Known worldwide for his distinct record selection and crowd control, TimbuckII has been a fixture in the music and entertainment industry. Servicing clients around the world from Chicago to Australia, Berlin, Italy, Los Angeles, Vegas, New York City and more. With a full touring schedule, Chicago is still home to TimbuckII. He provides the infamous Rush-Hour Mix on 107. 5 WGCI Mon-Fri reaching 1.2 million people daily. TimbuckII also has regular club dates including Timbuck2uesdays, Bodi, and Bevy to name a few.
Throughout the years, TimbuckII has been a DJ of choice at annual events like the Grammy Awards; VH1, BET and MTV Video Music Awards; MTV Movie Awards; The ESPY’s; the American Music Awards and more.
TimbuckII has a wide client list servicing companies, brands, celebrities, artist and athletes like Complex media/magazine, CommonGround Marketing, BMF Media, Lupe Fiasco, Remy V Martin, Hennessy, Red Bull, Chicago Bulls, Kanye West, Common and Steve Harvey.
TimbuckII has been no stranger to television over the years, making hosting and round table appearances on BET, VH1 and MTV.
With hosting being a natural progression, TimbuckII created a show for WGCI called GO-ILL Radio. This show is dedicated to discovering independent artist from Chicago. GO-ILL Radio’s unique artist development forum has changed the mood and creative process of music in Chicago, launching the careers of Jeremih, Vic Mensa, Lil Durk and Chance the Rapper, amongst others.
Some of TimbuckII’s more recent events include Complex Magazine’s Analog Nation three-city event, Lady Gaga’s New York Fashion Week Gala, Bacardi Fusion of Flavors multi-city events, Steve Harvey’s Annual Passion With a Purpose Gala, and Russell Simmons’ Art Basel event.
